Shipping and Handling Policy

We ship Canada Post

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100. Dollars (Canada and USA Only)

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.

International shipping rates will be quoted at the time of receipt of the order using Canada Post rates.  You will be contacted with this quote prior to shipping.

All orders under $100 dollars

Canada   $15.  (Canadian Dollars)  flat rate
USA   $20.  (Canadian Dollars)  flat rate
International  You will be contacted with a shipping quote prior to shipment. 

We will ship within 2-3 business days after receiving your order. If the item is out of stock, we will ship within 7-10 business days and contact you through email or telephone regarding the status of your order. 

If you require faster shipment please let us know at the time of ordering within the special instructions section. We will contact you regarding any extra charges and to confirm that we can accommodate your request.

Taxes

Shipments to Canada and USA are not subject to tax on all mastectomy or prosthetic items. However, items shipping outside of Canada may be charged taxes or duty at the border. Please note this charge is the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately due to hygienic concerns all bras, camis, swimwear and any other undergarments are non-returnable. Please call or email to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

SILICONE BREAST FORMS Returns and Exchanges

Silicone Breast Forms are returnable only when the breast-form has not been worn. You may try the breast-form on but only to check for sizing. If you decide to return your silicon form please call or email us within 2-3 business days.  You may email bridget@myleftbreast.ca or call 1-705-876-3333. At which time we will provide you with a return authorization number.  The product will be inspected upon receipt if any wear or tear is noted the customer is responsible and will be contacted within 2-3 business days and the return will not be approved.

Restocking Fees

If you are returning a silicone breast form and not purchasing another form you will be charged a fifteen-dollar restocking fee and will also be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

If you are exchanging a breast form you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and not be charged for the shipping of the second item, nor be charged a restocking fee.
