Are you wearing the wrong bra size?
You are not alone, 8 out of 10 women are.
The following fit guide will provide you with a starting point.
Remember bra fitting is not a science. It is an art.
Find your most comfortable bra, one that is not padded, a soft cup bra will give you a better measurement
Step 1: Band Size
Measure under your arms, high on your back, across the top of your chest, this is a tight measurement (hold the measuring tape taunt). If this measurement is an even number, bingo, this is you band size. If an odd number, add 1 " to determine your band size.
Step 2: Cup Size
Measure loosely (hold measuring tape loose), around the fullest part of your bust. Now, subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch represents a cup size.
Example:
If you measured 36" for your band size and 38" for your cup size 38-36 = 2 inches. That means you are measuring as a 38 band B cup = 38B.

If you have been fitted by a trained fitter and have not lost or gained weight since your previous fitting, and you find that your bras are still comfortable, order the same size.
Not able to come into the shop. Follow the same bra fitting 101 directions and identify what kind of issues you are having with your current bras. For example are they cut too low, too high, straps digging in?
And then look for a style of bra that will eliminate these issues.Cut too low? Look for a higher cut bra choose the Amoena Mona for a soft cup, higher cut comfortable bra, or the Amoena Lara low cut mold cup bra (great for tight fitting tees).
Cut too high? You want to wear that low cut dress or top to a special occasion, or just want to feel confident wearing lower cut clothing. Look for a lower cut bra, I love the ABC 105 molded cup bra, great thin, pretty strap, if the strap shows who cares, it is pretty. The low cut makes this bra ideal for low cut dresses and tops. Plus the molded cup is wonderful under tight fitting tees, or dresses!
Straps Digging IN? Look for a wider strap. Avoid thin straps or wear a silicon strap pad (available through My Left Breast). Bra suggestions Amoena's Mona bra, is a very comfortable fit.. This bra is so comfortable most women buy one in each colour (biege, white, cognac or black). Customer reports "I can't believe I actually thought my other bras were comfortable, this is now my new favorite!"
I am smaller breasted and can't find a bra I am happy with? Try the Amoena's Lea molded cups will give you a lovely definition. My customers just say ahh when they put on this bra.
